Rosun ensures the highest quality of products by acquiring coconuts from our in-house and contract farms. We assist our farming community through continued training and guidance in advanced agricultural practices as well as providing them with high quality planting materials, natural fertilizers, and bio-pesticides. After harvesting, we purchase the raw materials from our farmers at reasonable rates. This association has helped us provide the best quality raw products at a competitive price. Our company has engaged more than 100 farmers with a combined farm area of more than one thousand acres.

Rosun has employed the latest technology and equipment in our manufacturing facilities that enable us to fulfill the bulk requirement of our clients. Our state-of-art manufacturing facilities are located in Bangalore India. We have a dedicated spray and drying unit that has been specially designed to produce products of excellent quality. The infrastructure is divided into various sections including a processing unit, warehouse and packaging unit to ensure that the varied business activities can be carried out in a smooth manner. We offer our valuable customers superior quality products and optimized production processes.

Contract Manufacturing Services manages customer requests for custom manufacturing, product development for natural healthcare supplement, food ingredients and contract research activities.

We encourage our customers to discuss their requirements with us for custom blends, brand ingredients and semi or finished product requirements.

Products are packaged with internationally developed, modern and automated systems. Our automated packaging machines weighs, fills and packs products, resulting in minimal human contact consequently preventing contamination. Rosun follows a meticulous quality control process throughout production to guarantee quality, consistency and reliability. Our high-tech modern facilities have the capability of processing up to 1000 kg of herbal extracts. Our sophisticated extraction procedure ensures the natural qualities and properties of extracts are retained as well as complying with internationally standards.
